Galleywood Common

Started at Galleywood Common out towards the A12. Around the edges of a couple of fields across a ditch, then road walking. Good pub, the Horse & Groom is on the route, perfect for refreshments. Follow the old racecourse around the church back to the common and thorough part of Galleywood. A medium walk.

Boots with ankle support are recommended for this walk. Did snow during the walk with pockets of sunshine which enabled some dramatic scenery to be captured.
